Service Description
These are a variation of several in-person workouts sessions held in Newburyport, including: dynamic/plyometric drills, track intervals, short hill reps, assisted long runs, long hill reps, progression runs. Coach will analyze the athlete working out and provide direct feedback to maximize efficiency of each session. Open to all ability levels.
